All trips require a $125 deposit for each day that you are fishing. Cancellation forfeits that deposit unless given 30 days notice.

Cancellation Policy
A deposit in the amount of $125.00 per day will be charged at time of booking. 30 day notice is required for a full refund. Trips cancelled after the 30 day grace period will result in a loss of the deposit. If cancellation occurs within 10 days of your scheduled trip date, the balance of the full trip cost will be charged to your credit card. If your plans just happen to change or you can’t make your fishing trip due to illness or unfishable weather Cypress Hill Charters can rescheduled your fishing trip at the next available opening or your deposit can be refunded.
If payment is by personal check, check must cleared at bank 10 days prior to your scheduled fishing trip or it will be terminated or rescheduled at the next available opening.
Balance paid in full within 10 days of the scheduled fishing trip. When using a credit card a 3% convenience fee will be added.
Once full payments are received email will be sent confirming dates and times of your fishing adventure with Cypress Hill Charters.
